My order was missing

I bought a leather water bottle holder The strap to close it is too short Is it possible to exchange?

The grilled chicken pesto sandwich (400) was all baguette and lettuce, barely any chicken

The eggs benedict bacon portions and size is getting smaller and smaller

Good food, but inconsistent service. The front desk attendant seemed disengaged, while another staff member was very attentive and helpful.

The food I bought today at market is not as fresh as usual. Feels like it was made one or two days ago.

Wine was not chilled and waiters didn’t get our food order correct. They appeared overwhelmed! Employees are sincere, however, need training and support.

Your cakes are becoming smaller, it sucks

The cheeseboard we ordered took a really long time to arrive. When we were done. I went to look for the lady who served us. I couldnt find her. Then another staff member offered to find her but that also took a long time. We finally just asked another staff to give us a pizza box to pack our cheese board ourselves.

Please ask the baristas to wear gloves when preparing takeaway coffees in the to-go cups.
